On May 1st, Doug, Nick and Chris of the L.I.F.E., Inc.'s Thayer Street Residence participated in an aerial photograph to promote the upcoming 225th Bristol 4th of July Celebration - the longest running 4th of July celebration in the country. This year to help kick off the preparations for the celebration they asked for 225 citizens of Bristol to form the numbers 2-2-5 for the aerial photo. Doug, Chris and Nick lent their time and bodies to help form and mark the milestone for the town.

Lt. Governor Elizabeth Roberts visits Opening at The BRASS |
On February 19th, Lt. Governor Elizabeth Roberts visited the opening of Kyle Komeiga's 'New Work' exhibit as part of the Statewide Arts and Culture Tour.
The month-long Statewide Arts and Culture Tour for Buy Local RI highlights arts and culture businesses that create direct economic growth, jobs and new entrepreneurial ventures in Rhode Island.
“Since the Statewide Arts and Culture Tour launched, I have been to artist studios and galleries, visited small jewelry, craft and furniture manufacturers, and attended on-stage performances—all representing small businesses of the arts and culture sector that are a key component of Rhode Island’s economy,” Roberts said. “The businesses that make up the creative community grow our economy, create jobs, and help make Rhode Island a unique state to live or visit.
