Social Worker

The Social Worker is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the overall services provided to the individuals we support. In addition, they are accountable for ensuring the above-mentioned supports are based upon the needs and choices of the client as well as reflective of the agency’s mission statement/philosophy. The Social Worker acts as the facilitator of all supports provided to the individuals we serve as well as the agency liaison to clients, staff, parents, and state agencies.
