Residential Manager

Residential Managers are responsible for the overall maintenance of the program as well as promoting the general health and well being of supported individuals. They also create and execute individualized training programs for staff and supported individuals with a primary focus of skill development. They are in charge of ensuring the integrity of the program as well as implementing the agencies mission statement, philosophy and policies.
