Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Residential Manager in the overall maintenance of the program as well as promoting the general health and well being of supported individuals. They also assist in providing staff with on-shift guidance and training that focuses on helping them maximize the effectiveness of supports.
