We offer two different ways to do this.

1. Simply let us know if you want to send a tribute card in the mail.  We will take care of the rest. We will send the card to the person to pass on your good wishes and making a donation in their name. Just send your donation amount in honor of the recipient to L.I.F.E., Inc. This can be for a birthday, new baby, anniversary, get well, or in honor of. The possibilities are endless. Just fill out the form below and send your gift to L.I.F.E., Inc.
2. Simply let us know if you want an e-card sent to the person you are honoring. L.I.F.E., Inc will be happy to send out a card via email to let them know about your donation and thoughts. Just fill out the form below and send your gift to L.I.F.E., Inc.
